In the QC photos, look at the logo stitching for density and sharp, clean outlines — you want a filled surface, not thin stitching with fabric showing through — and check that the brim holds its curve and the front panels stand rather than collapsing. The construction terms decide the shape on your head. Structured caps have stiffening behind the front panels so they stand tall; unstructured dad caps have none and sit soft and low. Six-panel is the standard baseball build with a centre-front seam; five-panel uses one flat front panel for a boxier profile.
