More on the USFans accessories spreadsheet
Accessories is the finishing-touch category — jewelry, watches, sunglasses, belts and assorted small goods — and because most of it is low cost and low weight, it's the easiest way to round out a cart without moving your shipping bill much. This USFans accessories spreadsheet gathers the pieces worth adding, each in USD with a direct link.
Different sub-types reward different checks in the QC photos. On watches this is where reviewing the real shots matters most: look at dial printing, hand alignment and how the bracelet is finished at the end links. For jewelry, plating is the variable — check the finish for evenness and any engraving for depth, and expect thinner plating to wear at contact points. Belts come down to buckle hardware and length, since some run long, and sunglasses to lens clarity and hinge action.
Because these items are small and cheap, they're also a painless way to fill out a parcel you're already sending — add a belt or a pair of sunglasses to an existing order and you'll barely feel it. One caveat: dense metal items like a steel watch weigh more than their size suggests, so check rather than assume. The full USFans Spreadsheet has every other category.
A few conventions worth knowing. Necklace chains are measured in total inches (16-18" sits at the collarbone, 20-24" falls mid-chest), and belts are typically sized about 2" larger than your pant waist to allow for buckle overlap. On watches, case diameter is the width excluding the crown, but lug-to-lug is what determines whether it overhangs your wrist — that's the figure to compare. Quartz movements run on a battery and keep better time; automatic movements are mechanical and wind from wrist motion.
