Gucci on USFans Spreadsheet
Around six in ten Gucci listings on the USFans Spreadsheet are bags: GG Marmont, Dionysus, Ophidia and the Ophidia hobo, Horsebit 1955, Padlock, GG Jumbo and the GG Emblem. Ace and Rhyton sneakers, belts, caps and a wallet make up the rest.
The belts sit in accessories and the sneakers in shoes, both reachable from the USFans Spreadsheet.
Every Gucci bag is a piece of hardware
Each bag family is named after a fitting, and knowing which is which saves you scrolling. GG Marmont is the chevron-quilted leather with the interlocking double-G plaque. Dionysus has the tiger-head closure. Horsebit 1955 carries the horsebit clasp. Padlock is the lock, GG Jumbo and GG Emblem are the large-scale monogram canvases, and Ophidia is the web-striped one. The footwear here is the Ace with its embroidery and the chunky Rhyton, plus flip-flops. Belts are the single most-listed item on the page.
Belt sizing is the practical trap. A Gucci belt is measured from the buckle to the middle hole, not by trouser waist, so take your waist measurement and add roughly 5 cm before matching the chart. Footwear runs in EU sizing and comes up close to true, with the Rhyton slightly roomier than the Ace because of the chunkier last.
The metal is what decides a bag. On a strong piece the plaque or clasp is a heavy, precisely cast component, evenly plated, with the antiqued finish sitting in the recesses rather than smeared across the face; on a weak one the casting goes soft and the plating reads yellow instead of warm. After that, the canvas: GG Supreme is a printed coated canvas, so the motifs should stay upright and evenly spaced and the print should be cut consistently at the seams. On the quilted Marmont, the chevron rows should be symmetrical either side of centre with no puckering at the turns. Prices in USD.
