The clothing is cut relaxed and sizes true, so your usual number works. On the track pants, the number that matters is the leg opening rather than the waist — these are built to taper and then break over the shoe, and a wider opening changes the whole line of the trouser.
Assessing the spray wordmark takes a different instinct from most graphics, because the artwork already contains overspray, drips and uneven coverage. Roughness is the design, so it proves nothing on its own. Skip the texture and read the skeleton underneath: letter proportions and the gaps between them are fixed values, and they are what a weak reproduction gets wrong while faithfully copying the mess. Over-clean is as much a miss as over-muddy. The track pant is judged elsewhere entirely — its side stripe should be woven tape sewn down in a straight run, not a band printed onto the leg, and it should not drift as it passes the knee.
